Mercredi Matin (@mercredimatin) is a collaboration between two graphic art professionals, Sandra Hayvel and María José Prenafeta. Their project delves into the creation of images through the use of four-color printing, expanding the horizons of graphic design. Since 2021, they have evolved from inspirations in Baroque still life to high-precision A4 serigraphs. They experimented with the serigraphy technique, adjusting printing parameters and exploring fluorescent colors for a new series in late 2022. During their residency at AGA LAB in 2023, they produced 40 unique copies in A0 format, exploring texture, colors and distortion. The editions were presented at the Bouwput Gallery in Amsterdam and later divided between Chile and Italy, exhibiting respectively at the Galería Tiki–Taka and Progetto Empegno.
